For the past 10 years, Ms. Kutty has focused her practice on high conflict divorces involving contested custody and complex property divisions and served as an ad litem attorney for children in child protective services cases and an amicus for children in adoptions and contested divorce cases. Ms. Kutty also lends her voice to discussions on South Asian American divorce and domestic violence between both parties.
Before opening Kutty Law Firm, PLLC, Ms. Kutty served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York. Her high-powered legal experience means she can answer questions in multiple different practice areas and provide seasoned legal advice to all the clients she helps.
