Debbie Panzica is a Board-Certified Family Law Paralegal, having been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1998. She is an outstanding litigation paralegal. She has worked exclusively in the family law field since 1992, beginning her career in Houston, Texas after serving in the U.S. Army. She started her career working for various solo practitioners exclusively dedicated to family law, where she obtained invaluable experience. It was during that time that she developed a passion for family law, having now worked solely in family law for over 31 years.
Debbie is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she obtained a degree in Political Science. Additionally, in 1997 she attended the Southwestern Paralegal Institute where she received her Paralegal Certificate and in 2020, she was certified as a family law mediator. She has also received training in the collaborative law process.
During her legal career, Debbie has worked on hundreds of family law cases and has extensive courtroom and trial experience. She has experience in complicated divorce matters, complex property issues, child custody cases, paternity, and modifications of court orders. She brings passion and very much understands the issues of divorce and the emotional and financial challenges it brings to the client and to the family.
Debbie is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Bar College. She maintains her board certification by regularly attending Continuing Legal Education seminars and has participated as both a speaker and author.
Debbie is married to Frank V. Panzica, who is also a board-certified family law attorney in the Houston area. She enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren and is an avid scrapbooker during her time away from the office.
